How to Use: 
On the Tab called "logging page" write the date, select the parent, select the subject (can customize without breaking sheet), and select the status of the assignment. The default options are Completed, Turned in Late, Did Not Turn In, Worked On. You can also add the grade received as well as any other notes that are necessary.

The template will AUTOMATICALLY generate the other two tabs. You will not need to edit this. The mini calendars at the top will automatically color code based on assignment status. It includes a data table that gives the counts and percentages for each parent as well as a bar graph. 

To change the year- Type desired year in the yellow cell on the logging page.
