EXPENSE SHEET: PRO EDITION

WHAT YOU LOG:
Date, Name of Company, Description, Total Amount of Payment, Percent Parent B Pays, the category, check off whether or not each parent paid specific expense, add partial payment amount if needed. You can also add in and customize your own concerns, notes, or if you need to link it to a piece of evidence.

WHAT THE SHEET WILL AUTOMATICALLY DO FOR YOU:
Automatically calculate how much each of you owe for each expense, calculate the balance remaining for each parent

Create a year tab complete with: total paid/balance for each parent with pie graph, total paid/balance sorted by category with percentages for each, comparison bar graphs to show comparison of how much each parent paid per category, & a comparison bar graph for how much each parent owes per category. 

Create a month tab for each parent with: total paid/percent paid for month, total paid/percent owed for month, total owed/percent owed for the month, amount paid YTD/percent paid YTD, monthly amounts per category (paid, owed, percent for each), generate a report including date, title, category, total amount for that parent, balance remaining. It will also automatically highlight items that are owed red for easy reporting. At the bottom of the report, it will automatically generate the pie graphs to show totals of owed/balance for month and year to date.
